Après quelques jours à servir des américains en vacances en Alsace, leur appréciation :
« We employed the culinary services of Chef Ostermann for four nights during our stay. We enjoyed all the dishes, especially the fish and the duck. The salads were excellent as well and the dressings perfect. We found the wine pairing quite agreeable. We had previously informed him of what flavors we preferred and Chef obliged. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Chef made him a delicious and beautifully decorated cake. All our meals were accompanied by delicious seasonal vegetables, all seasoned nicely.
